Sean T. Long is a two-time Emmy Award-winning producer, entrepreneur, and advocate for financial literacy and business ownership. With over 32 years of experience across television, radio, print, and digital media, Sean has developed a rare blend of storytelling and strategy that has shaped brands, built movements, and empowered a generation of entrepreneurs.

Sean is the author of a deliberate three-book trilogy published through BJL Publishing. The Hustler’s MBA delivers the business fundamentals every entrepreneur needs to build from the ground up. Project 2030 presents a six-pillar policy architecture for Black community advancement, covering economic empowerment, political infrastructure, educational equity, health sovereignty, cultural capital, and technology access. His most recent work, The Third Reconstruction, confronts systemic power with scholarly rigor and unflinching narrative. Together, the trilogy is a roadmap from individual hustle to collective liberation.

A sought-after speaker and business mentor, Sean brings the lessons of over three decades in media, entrepreneurship, and civic leadership to stages, boardrooms, and classrooms. His presentations weave cultural intelligence with practical strategy, challenging audiences to reimagine what ownership, legacy, and community impact can look like. Whether addressing aspiring entrepreneurs from underserved communities or C-suite executives navigating disruption, Sean meets every room with the same conviction: entrepreneurship is not simply about wealth — it is about power, purpose, and permanence.

Sean’s leadership extends well beyond media. As founder and CEO of BJL Global, LLC, he operates as a strategic consultant and brand architect across multiple industries. He serves on the board of the Jelani Day Foundation, championing accountability and advocacy for missing persons of color. As President of the Board of the One Omega Foundation, he leads civic programming centered on Black male wellness, fatherhood, and community development. A life member and Supreme Council member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Sean has served the fraternity as its 38th Tenth District Representative.
